Troy Daily is a Traverse City entrepreneur, real estate professional, and investor with a deep understanding of the region’s tourism and short-term rental market. A graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Hospitality Business, Troy has built his career around service, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences, all of which now give him a unique advantage in the real estate and investment space.

Raised in a family that operated a Kilwins Chocolate Shoppe franchise, Troy developed an early appreciation for entrepreneurship, customer service, and building businesses that create lasting value. After owning and operating his own Kilwins location in Williamsburg, Virginia, he returned to Traverse City in 2012 and began building a portfolio of successful tourism and hospitality-focused businesses.

Over the years, Troy has founded and operated several well-known local ventures, including Brew Bus, Paddle for Pints, Old Mission Distilling, and Kayak, Bike & Brew, while also producing community-driven events and experiences in the Traverse City area. His hands-on experience in hospitality, tourism, and operations has given him a sharp eye for what makes a property perform, not only as a home, but as an investment.

Today, Troy is also the owner and operator of Elevated Homes & Hospitality, a short-term rental and property management company specializing in maximizing the value and performance of vacation homes and investment properties. His background gives him a unique perspective for buyers, sellers, and investors looking to understand the full potential of real estate in Northern Michigan.

In addition, Troy holds his builder’s license, giving him valuable insight into construction, property condition, renovations, and long-term improvement potential. That added expertise allows him to evaluate real estate through a broader lens, helping clients not only identify a strong investment opportunity, but also better understand a property’s structural value, future possibilities, and renovation potential.
