About Meagan Kempf

I am an Associate Broker and full-time real estate agent with RE/MAX Bayshore in Manistee, Michigan. Together with my husband, Chris, and our assistant, Ashley, we are part of the real estate team serving Manistee, Onekama, Bear Lake, Irons, Ludington, Wellston, as well as Manistee, Mason, Benzie, Oceana and Lake Counties and the surrounding areas.

We moved to the Manistee area in 1998 and have raised our 3 kids in this quiet, beachfront community. I started my real estate career in 2004, after working for many years as a consultant on various economic, industrial and community development projects throughout the state. It seemed natural to progress into real estate sales and development.

Chris was licensed in 2015 and retired from his career in law enforcement to help my growing business. Chris is also a veteran, serving as an A-10 and C-5 crew chief in the Air Force and Air National Guard. He has always loved helping and serving others, so it’s a welcome change that people appreciate his assistance as an agent!
