About Matthew Dakoske

Personally, I enjoy sharing my years of real estate experience, analytical skills, and negotiation strategies as I mentor agents and support our clients.

Having lived in Traverse City since 1969 and raised two amazing daughters here, I provide my clients with a great deal of knowledge about the 5 area counties- Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Benzie, Antrim, and Kalkaska.

As a member of the Traverse Area Association of Realtors, the Michigan Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, I have held leadership roles at multiple levels over the years. 

I am proud to have volunteered my leadership with Grand Traverse area community organizations that work to help those in need in Northern Michigan.
